Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/mL
10cc vial premixed, oil based testosterone
» Do Not Refrigerate / Use at Room Temperature
» Keep out of direct sunlight and heat
Dosage: Will be determined by the AAG Health physician
» Use 18 or 20 guage 1 1/2 inch needle to withdraw
» Use 21, 22 or 23 guage 1 1/2 inch needle for injection
Injection Site:
» Intramuscular injection
» Gluteal posterior lateral, upper right quadrant
Injection Materials You Need:
› New Syringe
› New 20 gauge needle to withdraw testosterone from vial
› New 21, 22 or 23 gauge needle to inject testosterone
› Testosterone Cypionate Vial
› Alcohol wipes
› Cotton pad / gauze
NOTE: Injection dosage and duration of therapy will depend on patient's age,
current testosterone level and response to initial treatment dose.
