Experience the AAG Health & Wellness difference.  For a limited time, we are offering free travel to South Florida for our patients.  If you live more than 150 miles away we invite you to fly to our flagship medical office in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale metro area for the medical consultation, physical exam, and evaluation. 

All new and existing patients can take advantage of this offer.  If you fly to our medical office we will reimburse you for the cost of your flight and for a one night stay at a hotel in the area.  We will even be happy to find you the hotel and arrange your flight plans.

We require that you prepay for the lab work and consultation. You must be pre-qualified based on your lab work and symptoms. This offer is only valid upon the purchase of a six month growth hormone or combination program. We will credit the cost of your flight and hotel towards the purchase of the package. Maximum reimbursement for medication is $500; receipts for hotels and tickets are required. You must mention this offer at time of enrollment.
