All new and existing patients can take advantage of this offer.  If you fly to our medical office we will reimburse you for the cost of your flight and for a one night stay at a hotel in the area.  We will even be happy to find you the hotel and arrange your flight plans.

We require that you prepay for the lab work and consultation. You must be pre-qualified based on your lab work and symptoms.
