Patient Care Team
When you begin your journey with AAG Health and Wellness, you will have initial contact with a patient care specialist. This patient care specialist will be assigned exclusively to you and will act as your personal representative and contact person at the AAG Medical Headquarters located in Aventura -
Florida .
Your Patient Care Specialist is a hormone therapy expert and will handle all your inquiries, explain program options, handle scheduling, coordination of medical documentation, lab testing and fulfillment of hormone therapy medications.
Patient Care Specialists are all long-standing members of the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine); are well-versed with the latest hormone therapy protocols and advancements regarding hormone treatments including the broad range of testosterone treatments, HCG and growth hormone therapies; are fully knowledgeable in bio-identical hormones and anti-aging therapeutics; have at least 4 years of experience within the HRT (Hormone Replacement) medical industry.
Medical Staff Team
Our medical team is available in person and on the phone Monday through Friday and are all dedicated to providing an unsurpassed medical experience in a professional and ethical manner. The medical team specializes in HGH and Testosterone treatments and includes physicians (MD’s), licensed physician assistants (PA-C), phlebotomists, and nurse practitioners. The medical team's responsibilities include diagnosis, medical consultations, lab work analysis, hormone therapy program administration, prescriptions and medical follow ups. Our medical team is with you on every step of your journey to health and wellness and is committed to ensure you receive continuity of quality care.
The Admin Team
The back office administration is critical to any medical organization's success. At AAG Health and Wellness, this is one of our keys to providing excellent health care. Our administrative team communicates between the Patient Care Specialists and the Medical Staff. This team is responsible for assisting the physicians and the patient care specialists. They ensure lab work and physical exams are scheduled on a timely basis. Their diligence is important in ensuring that all paperwork meets legal and HIPPA requirements, and that follow up exams and lab tests are done on a regular basis. They are also responsible for the timely shipping of patients' hormone medications. This team also includes our accounting staff and ensures that billing and other processing is done properly.
