Steps to Hormone Therapy
The majority of hormone medications (HGH, Human Growth Hormone, Testosterone, HCG, Estrogen, Progesterone etc.) are available by prescription only and regulated by the FDA – Federal Food and Drug Administration.
In order for HealthGains partner physicians to prescribe these hormone medications they must establish clinical need and medical necessity, have a direct professional doctor-patient relationship, and make a diagnosis for: Adult Onset Growth Hormone Deficiency Syndrome; Hypogonadism / Andropause; Menopause; Hypothyroidism; Low Testosterone; etc.
We pride ourselves on our high level of customer/patient service, support and satisfaction. To read AAG Health’s Mission Statement and Values, please click her to read our Hormone Clinic’s Mission Statement.
STEPS TO FOLLOW BY HealthGains CLINIC
Call us at (866) 812-7641 for a free telephone consultation and to schedule an appointment at an AAG Health Clinic with a hormone specialist near you.
Medical Evaluation After enrollment, you will be required to go through the AAG Health Medical Evaluation which includes detailed lab testing, physical exam, and medical consultation to determine if you qualify for hormone therapy. We want to make sure that you do not have any underlying medical conditions and actually require hormone therapy based on medical necessity. Hormone therapy is not for everyone.
* In addition to the above requirements, prospective female hormone therapy patients must also provide results of a recent Pap Smear and Mammogram.
